Bio: Hi! My name is Emily Marker. I'm 18 years old and I am graduating from Negaunee High School. I will be attending Northern Michigan University this coming fall for Spanish Education and Art. I love staying active and being outdoors as much as possible. I am a huge nerd and I love to paint and draw, along with listening to music.
Inspiration: My mural is inspired by the Anishinaabe creation story and Mackinac Island. Michilimackinac literally meaning "big turtle."
