Planning Commission
Overview
The Planning Commission is a five member board. The board is a quasi-judicial body charged with recommending to the council the boundaries of the various zoning districts and appropriate regulations to be enforced therein. The Commission also reviews development plans, reviews and approves short-term rental applications, develops the community’s master plan, and assist with the community’s Capital Improvements Plan.
The Commission meets the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm at the Senior Center.
