Negaunee Downtown Enhancement Phase II - Streetscape
Welcome to Negaunee's Downtown Enhancement Project Phase II (aka, Streetscape Project) landing page. This map and bid packets represent the second phase of a multi-faceted project that began in 2024. Marking major investments in infrastructure and much needed improvements to our historic downtown, the Shared Streets and Spaces Grant Program (SSSG) through the Michigan Department of Transportation helps us to continue this progress.
This phase of the project builds on the improvements made earlier and furthers our goals of enhancing the downtown's character, becoming a catalyst for private investment, promotes tax revenue growth, and serves to enrich quality of life for our residents.
We invite you to bid on all or part of this project and look forward to your proposals.
