Commission on Aging
Overview
The Commission on Aging is a seven-member board. The commission’s duties include: plan, coordinate, evaluate and provide activities, services and programs for older persons; operate and maintain buildings or facilities under their control; to initiate, coordinate and administer applications for funds; and to make recommendations of proposed council to the City Council. The commission meets on the first Thursday of each month at 11:00am at the Negaunee Senior Center.
