Invitation for Bids - Streetscape Light & Assembly Vendor
INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Negaunee Electrical Department at City Hall located at 319 W. Case Street, Negaunee, Michigan, 49866 until 1:00pm ET on Thursday, February 23, 2023 for Streetscape Light & Assembly Vendor. Bids will be received by the City of Negaunee and addressed to: Negaunee City Clerk, City of Negaunee, P.O. Box 70, 319 W. Case Street, Negaunee, MI 49866. Vendors please clearly mark “35 Streetscape Light & Assembly Vendor” on the outside envelope of sealed bid. The Vendors Name and Address shall also be clearly marked on the outside envelope. Bids must be Mailed or Hand-Delivered; email or fax bids will be not be accepted.
The work will consist of providing the Electrical Department with 35 streetscape lights as specified below and shown on the attached 2 drawings. The lights are desired to be delivered to the Negaunee DPW warehouse by August 1, 2023.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or part of a bid.
