Notice is herby given of a public hearing by the City of Negaunee Planning Commission on November 20, 2018 at 5:30pm, at the Negaunee Senior Center, located at 410 Jackson St, to consider the following changes to the zoning map:
480 Rezone Map
Property described as parcel numbers; 52-53-705-004-00 and 52-53-704-006-00, located on both sides of CR 480 consisting of approximately 40 acres. The property is the old Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Compost Site

Deed Holder: City of Negaunee
Applicant is requesting to rezone from (RR) Rural Residential to (IND) Industrial and rezone from (PA) Public Area to (IND) Industrial
Persons interested are requested to be present. Pertinent information relative to this rezoning request is on file at the City Planning and Zoning Office and may be examined at anytime during regular business hours of 10am to 4pm. Persons interested may visit the Planning and Zoning office, Contact the Planning and Zoning Administrator by telephone at (906)475-7700 ex 12, or attend the Public Hearing on the date specified. Written comments are also welcome.
