Removal/Disposal of the Voters registration Building

Located at 223 West Case Street, Negaunee, Mi. 49866

The City of Negaunee is accepting Bids for the removal/disposal on the above stated building, the dimensions of the structure are 20’5” wide by 30’4” in length and is a wood framed building with a raised wood floor, and asphalt shingled roof, there are no utilities of concern within the structure.

Any and all required permits and compliance with all applicable laws is the responsibility of the successful bidder. Successful bidder must also provide the City with a certificate of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $500,000 prior to the commencement of any work.

Interested parties may send or hand deliver a Sealed Bid for the removal/disposal of said structure to Negaunee City Hall, PO Box 70, 319 West Case St. Negaunee, Mi. 49866. The Sealed Bid must be marked “Voters Registration Building”. Bids must be received by 10:00 A.M. on 16 May, 2019 at which time Bids will be opened and read out loud.

The building must be removed, and any associated debris or disturbance to the area will be restored by 15 August, 2019
