ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Three (3) copies of sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Negaunee Teal Lake Beach Improvements Project to be received at the City Manager’s Office located in Negaunee City Hall at 319 W. Case St, Negaunee, Michigan by 2:00 pm local time on May 20, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read at the City Hall. The Project consists of storm sewer, site grading, sidewalks, ADA beach access mat, signage, clear vegetation, restoration, tree planting, and other associated work.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
