Accepting Bids - White Building

This Building has been deemed surplus property by the City of Negaunee and

is for sale. The City is entertaining all offers, on a first come first

served basis, from FREE to BEST OFFER. In the case of "FREE" only bids, the

bid marked with earliest date and time stamp will be chosen first,

otherwise, the highest bid will be chosen.

The building is being sold "AS IS" personal property, with no guarantees or

warranties as to its fitness, safety, or integrity. The building contains

lead paint. The person or entity purchasing the building shall be solely

responsible for moving the building, including all expenses, and shall be

solely responsible for any and all liability arising out of the moving,

ownership and use of the building.

The purchasing party must execute a release and waiver prior to removal, and

must also demonstrate to the City Manager's office proof of insurance,

appropriate permits and licensure for removal and/or transportation prior to

removal. Removal of the building must occur no later than November 11,

2022, and two (2) weeks-notice of removal to the City Manager's office is

required.

Hall, 319 W. Case St. Marked: "White Building Bid".

Bids will be accepted until 3 pm October 14th.
